  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of verified quality issues, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
  • Replacement decisions are made at our sole discretion.

6. Subscription & B2B Orders

  • For subscription, corporate, or B2B orders, cancellation and refund terms will be governed by the specific agreement signed with the customer.
  • Partial refunds, if applicable, will be calculated accordingly.
