Terms & Conditions – Chai Shakti

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and mobile application operated by Chai Shakti – Taneesh Desi Nutrients (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), having its registered office at MIG 23, KPHB, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. SERVICES

Chai Shakti provides fresh beverages and dairy-based products including tea, coffee, milk, curd, paneer and related food products through its mobile application, website and offline franchise outlets.

Orders placed through the platform are subject to product availability and delivery feasibility based on your location.

2. USER ACCOUNT

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate personal information including:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Email Address

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

3. ORDER & PAYMENT

  • All orders must be prepaid through available online payment methods unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is enabled.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice.

4. DELIVERY POLICY

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery location during the selected time slot.
  • In case of incorrect delivery address or non-availability of the customer, the order will be considered delivered.

5. REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Chai Shakti follows a strict quality control process to ensure product freshness and hygiene.

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases:

  • Product delivered is damaged or leaked
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product is spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery

Refund Process:

  • Complaint must be raised within 1 hours of delivery
  • Customer must share proof (image/video) via WhatsApp or customer support
  • After verification, replacement or refund will be processed within 3–5 working days

Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

Non-Eligible Cases:

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delay caused due to customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Product quality issues reported after 2 hours of delivery
  • Opened or partially consumed products

6. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

  • Subscription-based deliveries (milk, beverages etc.) will be delivered as per selected schedule.
  • Changes in delivery address or quantity must be updated at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Missed deliveries due to customer absence will not be eligible for refund.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such websites.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • False information is provided
  • Platform misuse is identified
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chai Shakti shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or products.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
